The Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) will continue to deliver their product GiG Comply to bet365 after the two signed an extension of their current partnership.

In 2019, bet365 became one of the first tier 1 betting providers GiG Comply tools and safeguards to ensure compliance with marketing guidelines.

The automated marketing compliance tool searches thousands of websites for content including “red words, links and regulatory requirements for the iGaming code in several countries”.

By integrating the GiG Comply function, operators can take control of their brand Maintain ting compliance by ensuring that all channels – including affiliates – are fully aligned with their brand message.

In addition, the Stoke-based operator can perform “bespoke compliance checks” to ensure that the market-specific Regulations are met.

A bet365 spokesman added: “We are looking forward to another successful year with GiG Comply. The versatility of the tool allows us to effectively adapt to the ever-changing regulatory landscape and ensure that we maintain a highly compliant affiliate program.
