The 28-year-old Viking star announced on Instagram on Sunday that he had made a proposal to his girlfriend Lauren Dear. « Goldilocks and Bambi live happily ever after 😯🧑🏼❤️🦌💍 !!! » He labeled a gallery of selfies who smiled next to his new fiancée as they shared their excitement – and showed Dear’s sparkling diamond ring.
Ludwig thanked his followers for the congratulatory messages and wrote on his Instagram story that he was « the happiest man ». «

Ludwig – known for roles in films like The Hunger Games, Lone Survivor, and Grown Ups 2 – made his relationship with Dear Instagram official earlier this year and shared snaps from their outings together. He previously dated his Viking partner Kristy Dawn Dinsmore.
On Oct.. . 7, he posted a sunny photo smiling with Dear in Atlanta and writing that he « found her, » as she added in the comments section, « Found him ». «
Later that month, Dear posted a happy selfie with Ludwig posing near a grain field while enjoying an autumnal day. « It’s us again, sweet and stuff, » she captioned the picture at the time.
