The South Korean company has announced that it will develop a new standard platform for next-generation military vehicles, and prototypes could be tested by the end of the year
The new vehicles will undergo an assessment by the Korean government next year, and Kia hopes to deploy the first vehicles in 2024
The program is the result of a joint investment by the Korean military and Kia to replace 2 military vehicles of 5 and 5 tons, and development of bullet-proof vehicles of 5 tons
