It turns out that Ariana Grande isn’t your only favorite to announce they are engaged this weekend. Riverdale’s Casey Cott too.
Over the weekend, 28-year-old Cott shared a photo of him and his girlfriend – or should we say fiancé – with an engagement ring on her finger. The CW star labeled the post with three diamond ring emojis and the couple grinned with huge smiles on their faces.
And, of course, Cott’s Riverdale co-stars were in love with the news. « So happy for both of you, » commented Camila Mendes, who plays Veronica. « I’m so happy about it, » added Madelaine Petsch, who plays Cheryl, with a heart-eye emoji. Vanessa Morgan, who is expecting a baby soon, said, “So happyyyyy for both of you. According to Teen Vogue, her IRL pregnancy will be written into the show’s new season. Although the identity of Cott’s fiancé is unknown, the two have been seen together for a while. We’re specifically thinking of a cute matching leather jacket picture from December last year and another super cute goofy selfie they took together in April.
