OPP claims it has a suspect in custody following a serious incident in Millhaven, Ont. , Thursday evening.
The provincial police issued an emergency alert at around 7:45 pm for an armed and dangerous man in the area. m.
OPP said a « serious incident » blocked roads in Highway 33 and County Road 4.
OPP asked the people in the region to seek refuge with their doors closed. Police say the wanted man probably walked before he was caught around 8 p.m.. m.
The suspect has been taken into custody by the police. No further risk to public safety. Press release follows in AM.
