A teenager’s body was found in waters off the Yorke Peninsula after being swept off rocks.
Emergency services were called to Browns Beach in Innes National Park just before 2 p.m. Saturday after a group had been swept off the rocks by people.
Four people managed to get to safety, but a 16 year old boy couldn’t make it back.
The search for him continued on Sunday morning, when the discovery of his body was made.
A large group of family members and friends from the boy’s Syrian community gathered on site on Sunday.
