Colombian striker Radamel Falcao sustained a serious head injury while training with Galatasaray, the Turkish club said in a statement on Sunday.
The 35-year-old Falcao collided with a teammate during the session on Sunday and was rushed to hospital, where he was diagnosed with a broken face and had surgery.

He has scored eight goals in the Turkish Super Lig for Galatasaray this season, who are third in the overall standings.
