Cloris Leachman, best known for her roles in « Young Frankenstein » and « Facts of Life », has died at the age of 94.
The famous actress is at her home on Wednesday January 27th died in Encinitas, California. She died of natural causes.

Leachman was born on April 30, 1926 in Des Moines, Iowa, and was the eldest of three sisters. After graduating from high school, she attended Illinois State University to study theater before enrolling at Northwestern University. After competing in the Miss America contest in 1946, she appeared in film and television.
Leachman was nominated for Best Supporting Actress on « The Last Picture Show » in 1971.
