Francis John Wark was found not guilty of murdering WA teenager Hayley Dodd in 1999.
Wark, 65, was charged with murdering the 17-year-old hitchhiker after hitting her in July Lured to an ute near rural Badgingarra in 1999.
Wark was charged for the first time after a cold drop test in 2015 and was serving a 12-year prison sentence for raping a woman he had in Queensland in 2007 On the 20th anniversary of her daughter’s death, Margaret Dodd issued a statement that the family remained in « great despair ».
