The The 23-year-old even made his debut in England last season after drawing the attention of boss Gareth Southgate, but has failed to maintain that upward trend at Stamford Bridge this season.
Many Chelsea fans commented became frustrated with Tomori’s loan, but Lampard insisted that the academic can still thrive in West London in the long term.

When Lampard was asked to explain to these angry supporters on why Tomori left temporarily, he said: « Because I have five center-backs and I can’t do this job and I expect to please every fan; this is football
