Strictly Come Dancing contestants will be automatically excluded from this year’s competition if they test positive for the coronavirus
Sarah Jones, the show’s executive producer, revealed that due to the restrictions and quarantine rules currently in place if any of the celebrities fall ill, she will need to be kicked out for the show to continue. safely
Talking to Metrocouk, she explained: « Unfortunately if you get a positive test it means you won’t be able to continue in the competition
« Obviously under government guidelines if you do get a positive test they would have to self-isolate for two weeks which would unfortunately exclude them from the show »
