Coronation Street has finally revealed Debbie Webster’s big secret – she’s working with Ray Crosby to destroy the cobblestones

Monday night’s double bill (November 2) saw Debbie unmasked as another of Ray’s accomplices, who is secretly helping her on her mission to buy street properties and bring in the bulldozers

In the coming days, viewers will see Debbie step up her engagement by trying to encourage locals like Sally Metcalfe to sell Debbie even deliberately stirs up Sally’s feud with the evil Geoff so that she wants a fresh start elsewhere

Sue Devaney, who plays Debbie, recently met Digital Spy and other media outlets during a press call to explain her character’s ruthless actions for the first time

« Debbie is a real estate developer and has lived in Turkey for several years She is now back on the cobblestones because she is Ray’s business partner Debbie heard about the development taking place around Coronation Street and wanted to s ‘get involved, because that’s where she grew up

« Debbie knows Ray because she was dating him at the time, so that’s also one of the reasons she got involved. She had to shut up, because she didn’t want Kevin to find out until ‘that everything is signed, sealed and delivered

Over the next few days we’ll see Debbie mingle and she’s even ready to betray her friends and family Why is she going so far?
