Louise shared a video of her performance on her grid and referred to the late Love Island host saying: ‘This one will always be for you’
The video saw Louise on stage as she told the audience that the cover of the song Together Again, written by Janet Jackson, « isn’t always the easiest song for me to sing »
She proceeded to the music for the track which saw her sing: ‘I think of us once again I know we’ll be together again’, as she also called her late friend an ‘angel’
Captioning the post, she wrote: ‘Together again This one will always be for you I always think of you

Louise previously revealed that the couple became good friends after Caroline contacted her as she was going through a difficult time following the breakdown of her 19-year marriage to Jamie Redknapp in 2017

Her death was ruled suicide at an inquest in August this year, with Coroner Mary Hassell saying: ‘The key decision I have to make is whether Caroline committed suicide I have to be convinced that she acted in such a way as to cause her death, and secondly that she intended to cause her death
