Lucy, who stunned social media followers with her three stone weight loss, said: ‘I was sober for six months, I was in Vegas and all of my friends were hungover

‘Suddenly my body said’ run ‘and I did 24 miles I said I would never do that again, then I did 10 km next week and then I ended up doing several half-marathons

I remember the last time I was talking about not eating cookies, bread and beer, I eat all of these things now in moderation I do a lot of fitness but I eat a lot of Biscoff ‘

Lucy separated from his wife Georgina in November 2019, after spending six years together and babysitting 12 children while undergoing fertility treatment
