The main card at UFC Vegas got off to a flying start when Tai Tuivasa scored a quick knockout win over Harry Hunsucker in less than a minute. The preliminary card at UFC Vegas 22 also started with a TKO win when Bruno Silva stopped JP Buys.
‘Bam Bam’ made sure the main card was started the same way. When two heavyweights collide, there is a high chance that the fight will not go over the distance, especially if Tuivasa is involved. With a win tonight, he goes 2-0 after a difficult period in his career. And he couldn’t have asked for a better performance than tonight.
The fight started well, both men feeling each other for the first few seconds of the fight. Tuivasa, however, used kicks effectively to his advantage early on.

Bam Bam has had a difficult time in his UFC career the last few months. After winning his first three UFC fights, Bam Bam succumbed to three trot losses against Junior dos Santos, Blagoy Ivanov and Sergey Spivak.
Before this fight, he competed at UFC 254 against Stefan Struve. It was believed that if Tuivasa had lost the fight, he would have been banned from the UFC. However, Tuivasa secured a knockout within one round and continued today with another finish in the first round. With performances like this, fans can be sure that Tuivasa won’t go anywhere as soon as possible.
