Over 150 workers on the flood-affected energy project in Rishiganga are missing, SDRF DIG Ridhim Aggarwal told PTI. « Representatives from the energy project have told me that they are unable to contact around 150 of their workers at the project site, » she said.

Authorities also fear the safety of workers involved in ongoing road and rail projects area.

A warning has been issued for all downstream counties, and people from Vishnuprayag, Joshimath, Karnprayag, Rudraprayag, Rishikesh and Haridwar have been warned not to visit river banks.
