Bernard Tomic has reportedly withdrawn from his first round match at the Australian Open Warm-up ATP tournaments in Melbourne due to an injury.
Tomic was tried on Monday evening in Margaret Court Arena against his Australian compatriot Marc Polmans , however, retired that afternoon despite posting a video on social media earlier on the day of his basketball game at his hotel.
Tennis Australia has yet to confirm this, but broadcasters report that young Harry Bourchier Tomic is at will replace the Murray River Open, with the game still being a purely Australian affair.
