Though the « Palmer « -Star said last year he doesn’t regret the look – » You can kind of rock this one today, « he told former NSYNC bandmate Lance Bass at the time – Timberlake seems to have had a change of heart since then.
« I admit that there might be a time in the ’90s when I could skip some of the publicly available outfits, but the internet never will, » he said during a songwriter roundtable for The Hollywood Reporter before John Legend stepped in.
« Denim on denim on denim on denim that will never be forgotten! » exclaimed the singer from « All of Me ».
« Thanks, John, » Timberlake replied. « Uh, no, the internet doesn’t allow me to forget them. So it’s all good. »

As for the stylistic decision behind the now decades-old look? « You do a lot of things when you’re young and in love, » Timberlake quipped earlier.
