Women cross country

STORRS, Conn. – The US & Association for Field and Cross Country Coaches (USTFCCCA) presented its regional awards for the season this week, and Lindsay Crevoiserat, head coach for cross country at UConn, was named Women’s Coach of the Year in the Northeast Region in their sophomore year at UConn, Crevoiserat trained the huskies to come second in the BIG EAST Cross Country Championship. The Huskies finished the team title just two points behind winner Georgetown and had four All-BIG EAST runners in the running.
At the start of the season, Connecticut finished second in the Spider Patriot Cross Classic and 14th in the Florida State Winter Classic . She helped lead the huskies to number 1 in the last USTFCCCA Northeast Regional Poll.
