World news – No. 1 Stanford Beats Louisville 78-63, advancing to last four in the women’s NCAA tournament

STANFORD (CBS SF) – The top-ranked Stanford beat the Louisville Cardinals 78-63 to reach the Final Four of the women’s NCAA tournament on Tuesday.

Stanford was 12 points behind 13 points in the middle of the third quarter Points in a row and thus took the first lead since the beginning of the game.

Next up is South Carolina on Friday evening in a rematch of the 2017 national semifinals for the best-filled cardinal.
