Puppy Bowl 2021 starts on the Sunday before this year’s (probable) snoozer of a human Super Bowl 2021. Tom Brady, Gronk, Antonio Brown? Who are you actually? The real players to see this year are Aaron Pawdgers, George Kibble, a two legged pooch named Jett, and the many other adorable faces of this year’s puppy players.
The big game, already in its 17th year, is dedicated to inspiring and adoptable dogs of all shapes, sizes, races and personalities. Speaking of dogs, Snoop Dogg and his best friend Martha Stewart will be hosting this year.
At this event, teams Ruff and Fluff fight in a fur-filled hand-to-hand battle for the « Lombarky » trophy. Last year it was Team Fluff that made Team Ruff real underdogs this year.
The big game will be spearheaded by Steve Levy, spokesman for ESPN Monday Monday Football, and Sage Steele, host of SportsCenter, with the help of animal advocates Kristen Bell, Valerie Bertinelli, and Duff Goldman, star of the Food Network. « Rufferee » Dan Schachner will take part in the game for the tenth time in a row. In addition, a crew of cuddly kittens will entertain the audience with paw performances.
