Swan fans would love to see history repeat itself. Since that memorable 2017 win, it’s indeed a slim decision against the mighty Tigers.

Hi Scott, and thanks for your thought-provoking (and narrative!) article on the judge’s video reviews on Monday. I’m really looking forward to tonight’s game and being able to comment here (between the boxes: we have to move out while Chez 20 is being refurbished). Here they hope for a crisp game between my Tiges and my father’s Bloods, and both teams make us proud. I’ll see him later today too, and we’ll share a stout whatever the result – maybe a seasonally appropriate chocolate … ^^ Cheers to all of our regular BTL commentators too, &, thanks again to Brendan for the organization of our tip contest. I hope you’re with me, Scott?
Ahoy, 20CNS. Good luck with the move. Few things in life are as stressful as this. I did not join the tipping contest. I’m afraid I’m late?

I suspect Don Pyke has had a significant impact on Sydney’s style of play in his short stint alongside John Longmire in coaching. Box. The AFL’s new rules have no doubt had their say, but there is something that is reminiscent of the crows around 2016/2017 in terms of the way the swans do their business.

Nice, hot conditions in Melbourne for this clash. And watching fans flock back to the MCG still hasn’t gotten tired.

Hello and welcome to everyone. Richmond v Sydney might not have had much resonance when the AFL game released – or just three weeks ago – but thanks to the Swans’ ???? Impressive start to the season This duel now enjoys the status of a match-of-the-round. Sorry Port Adelaide and West Coast fans. They run for barely a second.
Richmond are all great. We have known that for some time and there is no shock for the 2-0 start into the season. Sydney, however, was the good news in the fledgling rounds of the 2021 season. One might have expected them to improve on their 2020 low target, but so far the Swans have exceeded expectations. With so far limited evidence, they look like a final team every inch. The victories over Brisbane and Adelaide were both meritorious and Sydney is now joining in with verve, moving the ball from defense to attack with a gung-ho pace that reflects their youthful roster. There will be even more confidence in the club’s young players today, with Lance Franklin rested after just one game after a long hiatus.
However, the Tigers at Melbourne Cricket Ground provide a good guide to where exactly Sydney is is located. It’s as difficult a task as it is in the AFL and after two comfortable wins there is no indication that Dustin Martin and his company are not hungry as they are chasing a fourth flag in five seasons.
