After a game that featured most of the Rockets’ regulars – except for David Nwaba and Eric Gordon – Been back together for the first time in six weeks, the Rockets will be back on the back seat on Sunday and Monday.

Guard Kevin Porter Jr. left the game on Friday with a sore right quad, didn’t train on Saturday and got to play against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday.

Aside from Porter, her sixth husband with Gordon, and the Rockets, who play the Oklahoma City and Toronto Raptors on Sunday and Monday, they could be without one in the coming days or both start guards get along.

Rockets trainer Stephen Silas declined to say whether either John Wall or Victor Oladipo will play on Monday, but Oladipo has given no indication that he will be on consecutive Evenings would start playing. He sat outside on Wednesday when the missiles had only three guards left, including Mason Jones who stayed on for 10 days.

Nwaba has been out for the last three games after trying to play with his sprained right wrist but Silas said Nwaba opted for the surgery he was trying to avoid, a procedure that could keep him away for six weeks.

Wall returned from his knee injury on Friday, but he and Christian Wood are staying on Sunday on a minute limit. Wood said he expected to play both games in a row.

Friday’s game was only the fourth that Wall, Oladipo and Wood played. Friday’s missiles kept them on the ground for the entire 27½ minutes of Wood.

This was due in part to the minute restrictions that made it difficult to postpone their playing time, as Silas said when he did all three for their regular Has play time. However, he wanted to get them used to each other like they couldn’t if they only played three games together this season before Friday.

« These are our three main characters, so making sure they all get on together was a priority but the minute limit part makes things kind of complicated, « said Silas.
