For customer experience specialist Sabio, the acquisition should from a respected platinum Salesforce partner, makepositive expand its ability to help users, especially those looking to improve one-on-one engagement with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
The terms of the contract were not disclosed, but Makepositive consists of 180 employees working in offices in London and Manchester and a development center in India. The workforce includes 120 Salesforce accredited consultants and a customer reference list with well-known names.
“With AI (artificial intelligence) and conversational technologies now handling many routine CX (customer experience) requests, contact center consultants are handling a larger proportion complex customer interactions. This has increased the complexity of the consultant desktop and increased the need for supportive human service solutions that provide consultants with real, real-time digital support, « said Jonathan Gale, CEO of Sabio Group.
