The popular Service NSW app was retired Thursday when the agency issued a warning of a « problem with multiple transactions and services. »
Service NSW tweeted AEDT about the problem around 3:30 p.m. and confirmed it was was aware of the problem.
« We are aware of an issue affecting multiple transactions and services from Service NSW. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, » tweeted the Organization.
In a statement, a government spokesman for NSW said the COVID Safe Check-in feature was affected by the outage.
« For those using the app to check in to venues, the web form is still available. «
