Late Night Host Seth Meyers renews NBC contract until 2025

The late night sketch show selected serial veterinarian / Harris impersonator Maya Rudolph as the presenter on March 27th. She has her first musical guest Jack Harlow.

Rudolph took home the Primetime Emmy 2020 as Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series, after being nominated for her numerous appearances in the 45th season as the hopeful Harris of the then President had been. She returned for the first six episodes of season 46 of SNL, starring alongside Jim Carrey’s Joe Biden in a handful of election-themed openings.

Rudolph previously starred at SNL from 2000 to 2007. Her seven year residency included such memorable imitations as Donatella Versace and Beyoncé Knowles. Her upcoming return marks her second time hosting after a previous stint in 2012. Saturday Night Live returned to its 46th season on October 3. Past hosts have included Chris Rock, Bill Burr, Issa Rae, Adele, John Mulaney, Dave Chappelle, Jason Bateman, Timothée Chalamet, Kristen Wiig, Krasinski, Dan Levy and Regina King and Regé-Jean Page.

Among the Musical acts this season included Megan Thee Stallion, Jack White, Justin Bieber, HER, The Strokes, Foo Fighters, Morgan Wallen, Bruce Springsteen, &, the E Street Band, Due Lipa, Machine Gun Kelly, Phoebe Bridgers, Nathaniel Rateliff and others Bad Bunny.
