World news – Suspected drowning – Coles Beach in Devonport

A 60-year-old Devonport man reportedly drowned swimming on Coles Beach in Devonport.

At 11:30 am today, police and emergency services were called to the beach following a report from a man in trouble in the water.

Anyone who witnessed the incident but has not yet come forward is asked to call Devonport Police at 131 444 or Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.
