M Wrench also submitted a « timeline of events » showing when Ms Burgess gave the 50-page statement to police

« We still have not received the statement, nothing has been done about the investigation into why the statement was made public, » he said

Ms Palmer said the statement would not be used as evidence in the police case and therefore was not required to give it to Ms Wrench

M’s legal team Burgess was in court on Wednesday after the former skipper of South Sydney was charged by police following a clash with Mr. Hooke on October 19 of last year
