Sam Burgess’ attorneys have formally asked Phoebe Burgess’ legal team to reveal the allegations made against the former NRL star her way into the public domain

M Wrench also submitted a « timeline of events » showing when Ms Burgess gave the 50-page statement to police

M Wrench said in a previous court appearance Ms Burgess gave the statement to police six days after the couple had a dispute

The lawyer said on Wednesday that the timeline was relevant because it showed « animosity » towards Mr. Burgess

M Wrench also said the legal team has still not seen a copy of the 50-page statement in question

« We still have not received the statement, nothing has been done about the investigation into why the statement was made public, » he said

Ms Palmer said the statement would not be used as evidence in the police case and therefore was not required to give it to Ms Wrench

M’s legal team Burgess was in court on Wednesday after the former skipper of South Sydney was charged by police following a clash with Mr. Hooke on October 19 of last year

During the incident, it is alleged that Mr. Burgess visited the house to visit his children and was asked to leave after tensions between the two escalated
