‘He was treated at the scene by paramedics from NSW before being taken to hospital in critical condition

‘A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident has been opened’

It is understood that her gang leader partner was at home at the time of the gruesome shooting

The Campbelltown local court learned in August that Marcus had been shot in the face just four months earlier in June

It was revealed in court that Marcus traveled to Middlehope St in Bonnyrigg Heights to confront a 33-year-old man he had a grievance with, the Daily Telegraph reported

The man fired several shots at Marcus and one hit the DLASTHR member in the face

The shooter has been charged with ten offenses, including shooting with intent to murder and unloading a firearm in a public place

Marcus has also been charged with covering up a serious and indictable offense after failing to report being shot

Investigators have not confirmed whether the two shots were related or whether they were part of a separate case

Police have identified DLASTHR, which is a « last minute » abrieviation, as a dangerous gang controlling drug territory in Sydney’s Fairfield area

In 2016, the New South Wales Supreme Court learned that DLASTHR had been involved in a number of violent conflicts in the past with other gangs

Samer Marcus (pictured being arrested in 2016) was also shot dead four months earlier in June

The latest filming comes just weeks after another underworld character was shot dead in southwest Sydney

Mejid Hamzy, 44, the brother of famous criminal and Brothers For Life founder Bassam Hamzy, was shot dead outside his home in Condell Park on October 19

Mejid’s death has already led to more violence, with police fearing the retributions could cause carnage in the streets of Sydney

Mohammed Hamzy, brother’s cousin, stabbed at John Morony Correctional Center in Windsor after execution

Strike Force Raptor has since stepped up its operation targeting criminal networks, issuing public safety orders to 22 men linked to the Hamzy and Alameddine families in a desperate attempt to prevent further retaliatory attacks

Public safety orders include no-go zones imposed on 22 men, which also limit who they can associate with, for 72 hours

‘Well the time for mocking has passed We have people dying on the streets and this has to stop,’ Detective Superintendent Robert Critchlow told 2GB radio

‘We are fed up with this behavior and we will not tolerate continued driving endangering the whole community’

‘We are not stopping We are using all the legislative powers at our disposal to prevent further crimes and to arrest these people’

Attached officers from Strike Force Raptor and the Southwestern Metropolitan Area continued targeted enforcement of gun ban orders in Southwest Sydney in addition to public safety orders issued

The police are committed to using all avenues and legislative powers at their disposal to attempt to end the gang war

«  The next step is likely to see the enforcement of serious crime prohibition orders, which place enormous restrictions on the lifestyle of those served on them,  » Detective Superintendent Critchlow said in a report. press release

‘Anyone involved in these shootings or other violent activities should expect to be arrested Shooting at homes, businesses or cars is reckless and dangerous and will not be tolerated by the police

‘We will not stop in our pursuit of those reckless and reckless individuals who continue to put the community at risk, and if you are involved, wherever you are, whatever you are doing, it is best to assume that we let’s watch your every move ‘

It is not known if the shooting last night against Marcus is linked to the attacks on the Hamzy family attacks.
