UFC Vegas 19 aka Fight Night 185 will feature a heavyweight contestant fight between the division’s second-greatest fighter Curtis Blaydes and the fourth-greatest Derrick Lewis. With both fighters on a winning streak and 29 knockout victories, this promises to be an exciting competition.
In addition, the winner of this main event could be next up against UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic, who will face against UFC 260 next month Francis Ngannou, the No. 1 contender, will compete. Former light heavyweight title holder Jon Jones is also fighting for the next title shot.

Derrick Lewis – « I’m pretty sure Blaydes isn’t the toughest wrestler I have to face. There’s another guy who’s better than him. His strike is decent for MMA. No, me won’t take anything away from him. » We all have a heavyweight puncher chance. «
Curtis Blaydes – » I don’t care if I should risk my winning bonus to stand and hit a man who has terrible wrestling. If you don’t defend every shutdown attempt, I won’t stop trying to wrestle you. You have to scare me off, and I don’t think Derrick will scare me off. «
Lewis on the title shot – » Stipe was the champion for so long and the only reason is that he wasn’t active. Lots of people want to fight, we want to keep this thing going. Hopefully everything changes and we can get a title. « I think Ngannou will take the UFC 260 title. Glad when Jones gets the next shot. He deserves it. He made the 205 pound division and.. wants an exciting competition. «
Blaydes on the title shot – » I think Stipe is the GOAT of the heavyweight division. He had to beat Junior dos Santos, Alistair Overeem and Daniel Cormier twice. I think he will beat Ngannou again. Me also agree that Stipe would beat Jones but that would be a great fight. Jones would definitely make Stipe deserve it to overcome that long range. Me versus Stipe is a great fight too because I will still be wrestling him . «
