Countdown star Susie Dent has shared that she will never participate in Strictly Come Dancing
The 8 out of 10 cat panelist explained that she would never follow in her co-star Rachel Riley footsteps by entering the dance contest
Susie went on to explain that she would feel really « uncomfortable » if she had to dance in front of millions of people
« I can only dance well when I’m drunk or in the dark, so I think in the spotlight, in front of millions of people, it’s so far away where I would feel comfortable »
Susie went on to congratulate her mate Rachel, calling her ‘awesome’ for her appearance on the BBC series
She has appeared in the Dictionary Corner of the Channel 4 game show Countdown every year since 1992
She also appears in 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, a post-decisive comedy version of the show hosted by comedian Jimmy Carr
The star-studded line-up includes Jacqui Smith, HRVY, Maisie Smith, Jamie Laing, JJ Chalmers, Bill Bailey, Nicola Adams, Clara Amfo, Ranvir Singh, Max George, Jason Bell and Caroline Quentin
