The scenes in which Ian (Adam Woodyatt) was left for dead were finally revealed during the Friday episode (Jan.. December) aired after numerous Walford residents were given reasons to hate him.

Max (Jake Wood) was vengeful because Ian had charged him with fraud over the Lucy Beale Foundation award, while Linda (Kellie Bright) told Bobby (Clay Milner Russell) and Peter (Dayle Hudson) about their father’s plan.

Ben (Max Bowden) was furious with his half-brother for berating the Mitchells for stealing their car while the Panesars were trying to pay him to cross Suki (Balvinder Sopal) twice. . Stuart Highway (Ricky Champ) also wanted revenge for Ian, who convinced Tiffany to withdraw from surrogacy.

However, in an eerie montage in the final minutes of the episode, EastEnders hinted that one of the prime suspects might be Tina Carter (Luisa Bradshaw-White). .

Tina had planned Ian’s arrest for mortgage fraud, so he confronted her in the square to get the entire Carter family out of the Vic.

When she insisted that the bar really belonged to Mick Carter, Ian snapped, « You can have the Vic: over my dead body. «

During the assembly, the audience saw Tina break into his house and slam the door behind her. She later showed up with blood on her face and hands – while Peter Beale arrived at the Beale house with a bruised face.

Was Tina actually the mysterious attacker or was it someone else entirely? Viewers know an arrest will be made next week, but it could be the theories getting to grips with Rainie Highway having to make a confession.
