Legal expert Alan Dershowitz told NewsMaxTV that President Donald Trump’s lawsuit challenging the mail-order ballot in Pennsylvania is the « strongest » case he has filed against any state.
“The strongest lawsuit is the one in Pennsylvania that includes votes by mail that were filed before the end of Election Day but were not received until after Election Day,” Dershowitz told American Agenda on Wednesday.
Dershowitz told host Bob: « There is a very good chance of winning in the Supreme Court on the basis of Article Two of the Constitution which clearly states that it is the legislature, not the state courts, that decides the rules for voting. » Sellers « and Pennsylvania used the [state] Supreme Court ruling instead of the statutory decision
Dershowitz added, « This is their best chance because it is a comprehensive constitutional challenge. Other challenges are largely in state court challenges, because they are based on retail allegations of corruption and these are not federal cases. You have to decide those in state court. »
