At 3:05 p.m. a weather station northwest of Boulder reported 46 degrees, relative humidity 23%, and a southwest or southwest wind of 5 to 8 mph gusting to 22 mph Wind is expected to decrease on Saturday night and relative humidity will increase significantly, but windy conditions with gusty winds in the 1920s will exist until Tuesday
