There’s been a lot of talk about what Evil Geniuses will do with their list and now there’s some clarity. The team signs Impact and purchases Lost from TSM to fill the top lane and robot lane respectively. You don’t currently know the deal or acquisition.
Evil Geniuses was another team that didn’t live up to expectations. They struggled to decide what to do with their list and that led to a result far less than they had expected. Now by signing the Impact, they get one of the best and most consistent overhead lanes the LCS has ever seen..
For Lost, he was a coveted target before but where he lived hurt him. Now that OCE players haven’t hurt the teams’ international openings, his stock has risen rapidly. The EG will finally give him another chance to get started on LCS.
