Residents of Jamestown, County of Boulder must evacuate due to new CalWood fire, emergency officials said
Crews responded to the blaze on Saturday afternoon near the Cal-Wood Education Center, 2282 Boulder County Road 87, the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office tweeted
South St Vrain (Colorado 7) was also closed between Peak to Peak Highway and Lyon, including Riverside Drive, the Boulder Office of Emergency Management tweeted
The Heil Valley Ranch and Hall Ranch have been closed due to the fire, emergency officials said
There is an evacuation check-in point set up at 3460 N Broadway – Boulder County’s North Broadway Complex where people can receive further information, officials said
The rapidly spreading blaze prompted Boulder County officials on Saturday afternoon to issue a local disaster emergency declaration
