World news – US – Live Updates: Chaminade-Madonna vs. American Heritage

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Four Miami commits will all be on the same field Friday night as Hollywood Chaminade-Madonna Prep is set to take host Plantation American Heritage in one of the nation’s top high school football games of the weekend. InsideTheU and 247Sports will be on hand to provide live updates.

Chaminade-Madonna Prep is led by four-star running back Thad Franklin. The future Hurricane, who the industry-generated 247Sports Composite pegs as the nation’s No. 10 running back this cycle, ran for over 2,000 yards and 28 touchdowns last fall. He carried the ball 28 times for 164 yards and four touchdowns last week in the Lions’ season-opening 27-14  win over Hialeah Champagnat Catholic.

American Heritage is home to five-star defensive athlete James Williams. The future safety committed to Miami back in July picking the hometown team over Georgia and plenty of other SEC programs. He had six interceptions as a junior while going both ways at Davie Western and is expected to do a little bit of everything for the Patriots , who will be playing the first game of their 2020 season on Friday.

The other two Hurricane commits set to dress are a pair of three-star defensive linemen at Chaminade-Madonna Prep in tackle Allan Haye and 2022 strong side defensive Jamaal Johnson. Both flashed in Week 1 and will try to slow down an American Heritage that features Syracuse three-star wide receiver commit Oronde Gadsden II and 2023 four-star running back Mark Fletcher.

Other notable Power 5 prospects that will suit up Friday include: 2022 four-star defensive end Kenyatta Jackson, 2022 four-star defensive end Marvin Jones Jr., 2022 four-star cornerback Earl Little Jr., 2022 four-star athlete Jacolby Spells and 2022 three-star cornerback Brian Dilworth. Jackson and Little are considered top targets for Miami. Spells holds an offer from the Hurricanes while Dilworth is committed to Auburn.

The two schools are set to kickoff at 7 p.m. ET. It will be streamed online. You can also follow along in our thread to get updates below or click, here.
