BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (AP) – An officer was shot dead at least once in Minnesota Friday night, an official said.
Dave Hutchinson, Hennepin County Sheriff, told KSTP-TV that a Brooklyn Park officer had been shot dead. The officer was taken to North Memorial Hospital and was stable there.
It is unclear whether anyone has been arrested. The TV station reported that the police had arrested a man at the location of the shooting.
