President Donald Trump took to the electoral trail in Florida on Friday, a day after his final showdown against rival Democrat Joe Biden

Addressing a rally of thousands at The Villages, a large retiree community, Trump praised his own performance and pointed to Biden’s debate remark that he was « shifting » away from US oil by favor of renewable energies

« Did you hear what he said last night about the darkness, the darkness? » It’s a grim view, « Trump said » We’re talking about the American dream «

Trump then went on to say under a Biden presidency, the elderly « would have no air conditioning in the summer, no heating in the winter, and no electricity during rush hours »

He said Biden is trying to stay focused on the global COVID pandemic at all times, in a bid to scare people into voting for him

« But they want to scare you into trying to get you to vote for Biden That’s all he can talk about because his record is horrible, » Trump said

Trump also slammed Biden’s Vice President Kamala Harris saying she would not become the country’s first female president
