Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], 10. December: The son of the telecommunications-energy conglomerate Reliance Industries Limited, Mukesh Ambani’s son Akash Ambani and daughter-in-law Shloka Ambani welcomed a boy here on Thursday, a spokesman for the family said.
« With the grace and blessings of Lord Krishna, Shloka and Akash Ambani became the proud parents of a young boy in Mumbai today, » the spokesman said.
« Mother and son are fine. The newcomer has brought great joy to the entire Mehta and Ambani family, « added the spokesman.
The family’s statement also talked about how excited Mukesh and Nita Ambani are « excited » to welcome their first grandchild.
« Nita and Mukesh Ambani are delighted to be grandparents for the first time when they welcomed the great-grandson of Dhirubhai and Kokilaben Ambani, » said the spokesman.
Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta announced on Nov.. The knot was tied in a grand ceremony on March 8th at the Jio World Center in Mumbai. Many A-listers from Bollywood, politics and business attended the wedding celebrations.
