World News – USA – Dragon Ball teases Broly’s new SSJ form in New Promo

Dragon Ball is teasing Broly’s new Super Saiyan form with a new promo. Although Broly was not officially included in Dragon Ball’s canon until the events of Dragon Ball Super: Broly, the character enjoys some popularity and recognition on various side projects in the franchise. Because while the popular enemy wasn’t part of the official story, its impact on the Dragon Ball universe as a whole meant the character was perfect for several major cameos and other appearances that didn’t necessarily involve canon.

This includes the arcade game Super Dragon Ball Heroes, which uses all kinds of characters and unique enemies from across the franchise in new ways. Broly has already made some surprising improvements in its performance through this franchise with Super Saiyan 3 and even Super Saiyan 4 forms, and now Broly will be upgraded to its Super Saiyan 4 form in an official update. Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker was a new form introduced in the arcade game of Super Dragon Ball Heroes during the Big Bang Mission expansion. This shape brought a new level of performance for Goku, Vegeta, and Vegito out of the Xenoverse universe, and fans even saw this shape in anime action with the second season of the promotional anime series. But Broly and this new form are unlikely to make it to this anime production.

Regardless, Broly will unlock a powerful new Super Saiyan 4 form once he breaks the line of transformation. Because of the story requirements, other Saiyans have directed their energies into Super Saiyan 4 to achieve this new level of performance. So it’s exciting to imagine what Super Dragon Ball Heroes has planned to explain this important upgrade for one of the franchise’s biggest opponents.
