Ruhle and her husband, hedge fund banker Andy Hubbard, live on New York’s Upper Cor Side, which has been hit by the coronavirus. Ruhle said she would broadcast from home until she believed she was no longer contagious and then asked that the virus “be taken seriously. ”
« We don’t have a vaccine today, » noted Ruhle. “We have a virus that is ravaging our country and we have to do a lot more to stop it. And as a sick and frightened person, please take this seriously. It’s not over. ”
