LSU escaped with a 27:24 win in Fayetteville when Jay Ward picked up a 44 yard field goal at 1:24 on the left. TJ Finley’s 13-yard touchdown pass to Jaray Jenkins with 3:59 in the game gave the Tigers the win from behind.

3:00 PM – Arkansas opens the period with the first dropout at the LSU 41-yard line after Feleipe Franks made a 51-yard pass from his own 5-yard line in the final game of the third quarter.

12:42 – The LSU defense forced a 22-yard field goal after defeating 1. and put the gate by the 6 yard line. Arkansas 24, LSU 20

3:59 – LSU regained the lead when TJ presented Finley Jaray Jenkins with a 13 yard TD pass with a successful extra point. LSU 27, Arkansas 24

1:24 – Jay Ward picked up AJ Reed’s 44-yard field goal attempt and failed. The tigers ran out of time and escaped with victory.

1:04 – Arkansas drove 95 yards in six games with LSU cornerback Cordale Flott on three passes of 29, 50 and 2 yards. Treylon Smith ran it from a yard and the PAT was good. Arkansas 21, LSU 20

LSU held the ball for 21:52 of the first half and won Arkansas, 276-182, in total yards.

2:42 PM – TJ Finley linked up with Arik Gilbert for a 5 yard pass for the first descent.

13:54 – LSU regained the lead when TJ Finley scored Racey McMath for a 30-yard TD hit. Arkansas brought in six rushers and Finley threw a nice pass into the left corner of the end zone. LSU 10, Arkansas 7th

6:30 – The two teams exchanged possessions, but LSU dropped the ball three times in the final minutes. Arkansas fixed a bug that caused an LSU drive to stall in the field target area.

4:21 – Jabril Cox took Feleipe Franks off and put him back on the 1-yard line. Then Tyrion Davis-Price took the first game surrender and pounded it into the end zone. Cade York’s extra point went through the posts. LSU 17, Arkansas 7th

3:44 – Arkansas reacted in its second 4-game standings, fueled by Mike Woods against LSU cornerback Jay Ward, followed by a pass disruption at Ward. Two games later, Feleipe Franks met from 10 meters away. The PAT was good. LSU 17, Arkansas 14

: 00 – LSU ran 69 yards in the final 3:44 and added a Cade York field goal from 24 yards to close the half. Bad watch management cost the Tigers a chance to get another chance for a touchdown. LSU 20, Arkansas 14

7:37 – LSU came into play first with a 49-yard field goal from Cade York. TJ Finley and Terrace Marshall Jr. . hooked up to a big third down-conversion to keep the drive alive. So far Finley is 3-of-7 and passes for 43 yards. LSU 3, Arkansas or similar

3:40 – Arkansas drove 92 yards in just four games, with Feleipe Franks hitting a wide-open Treylon Burks on a 65-yard TD pass. Cordale Flott and Derek Stingley Jr. . ran into each other, leaving a wide open burks with no Tiger defenders in the picture. LSU 3, Arkansas 7th

LSU held the ball for 11:11 of the quarter, but Arkanas won it a total of 115-110 yards.
