ATLANTA – Tyler Perry continues his longstanding efforts to give back to the Atlanta community. He announced that his studio would be closing this Sunday. 000 families will be giving Thanksgiving meals.
The event is called #TPSGiving. Tyler Perry Studios will be distributing non-perishable groceries and gift cards to families in need starting at 8 a.m.. m. until noon.
« Though we wish we could feed all those in need, we will continue the line at 5th. Close the 000th family, « said the announcement on Twitter.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the studio only hosted the event with recipients asked to wear a mask and stay in their vehicles.
Anyone who needs this Thanksgiving Day is asked to queue up this Sunday from 8am. m. at the Tyler Perry Studios on One Tyler Perry Studios Way in Atlanta.
