Former UNC star Antawn Jamison was one of six players selected on Sunday to join the College Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2021.
Jamison was Naismith Player of the Year for 1997-98 when he played for the Tar Heels, and was a two-time All-American who led the UNC to two Final Four appearances before finishing fourth overall in the 1998 NBA Draft was chosen.
During his three years at Chapel Hill, Jamison averaged 19. 9 points and 9. 9 rebounds per game.
It fills this hall with Len Bias (Maryland), Hersey Hawkins (Bradley), Jim Jackson (Ohio State), David Greenwood (UCLA) and Paul Pierce, who played for Roy Williams in Kansas from 1995-98 Fame class.
