Florida quarterback Emory Jones vomited on the Cotton Bowl field after scoring a touchdown for the Gators, then chugged Pedialiye on the sideline.
The worst moment of the 2020 bowl season wasn’t the Duke’s Mayo Bowl like we all expected. It came courtesy of Florida quarterback Emory Jones in the Cotton Bowl.
Jones had just executed a touchdown to give new life to the Gators after falling back against Oklahoma early, only to lose heart on the way back to the sidelines. The cameras captured everything.
It’s the way he dumped onto the lawn like he was just spitting out some water, which makes the moment amazing. It’s not the only time he seems to have vomited.

You have to hope the Cotton Bowl has a hose nearby. Leaving Jones’ stomach acid all over the field doesn’t sound ideal.
Florida’s performance in the first few minutes of the game could be enough to make Gator fans sick. They fell 17-0 after three interceptions from Kyle Trask in the first quarter.
A couple of field goals and Jones’ 1-yard touchdown run put Florida back in competition with the Sooners before Spencer Rattler produced two touchdown drives in the four minutes before halftime.
