Another woman comes forward to accuse Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual misconduct. He claims he grabbed her face and kissed her outside her home without her consent – and claims to have photographic evidence.
The woman has yet to be publicly identified, but will hold a press conference with the senior on Monday afternoon, according to a press release Hold attorney Gloria Allred.
The married woman will detail how she was « shocked when the governor suddenly grabbed her face and kissed her in front of her house, » the press release reads.
Several women – most of them are current or former Cuomo employees – have alleged inappropriate remarks or physical contact with the governor since late February.
While the governor has admitted and apologized for inappropriate comments in the workplace, he has made allegations of an unpleasant one Touch strongly rejected.
Dozens of Democratic lawmakers – including the two US Senators of New York, Kirsten Gillibrand and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer – have called on Cuomo to resign, but he has refused to do so.
He is facing both an independent investigation by Attorney General Letitia James and an investigation in the State Assembly as Prelude to impeachment proceedings.
