Fijian winger Marika Koroibete is officially leaving Australian rugby after signing a deal with Japan’s championship team Panasonic Wild Knights.
Koroibete says he is a huge fan of the growing game in Japan and that he has his time there enjoyed during the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
Speaking to RUGBY.com, he says he looks forward to becoming part of a very successful organization that strives for greatness and works hard to ensure Panasonic continues to win titles .
Koroibete adds that he has heard a lot about coaching Deans and has had pleasant experiences in their short conversations so far.
