The Congress plan is working on a strategy to shock the disgruntled BJP MLAs and leaders who do not work openly for the party candidates in the by-elections, to compensate for the need for the management of seats. On the other hand, the BJP is confident of remaining in the government on the basis of the counting results and extra reconciliation is going on so that the situation can be controlled by disturbing the number of seats. Here, there has been a stir in the Congress after Cooperation Minister Arvind Bhadoria. He claims that 3 MLAs of Congress are in touch with BJP.
In its plan, the Congress has started a round of contact with disgruntled BJP MLAs who have not been able to become ministers even after becoming MLAs many times and depending on the age limit in the 2023 elections, their ticket can be cut from BJP. Rewa, Satna, Sidhi, Shahdol districts of Vindhya region are on the target of Congress these days. Sources say that three MLAs from Rewa district alone have been approached by Congress leaders. Similarly, the names of BJP MLAs of Sidhi, Satna and Shahdol districts are also discussed. Sources say that apart from Vindhya, the Congress is in touch with MLAs from Chhatarpur, Seoni and Malwa region so that they can work on the claim of forming the government if the BJP seats are reduced. For this, the Congress has started working on the policy of making such leaders the leaders who are being accused of giving less importance to the by-elections, not being sidelined and not openly campaigning.
On the other hand, a reconciliation plan of BJP is also going on. After reaching out to the organization and government that the BJP MLAs are being approached by the Congress, the BJP has become alert. In these situations, the BJP has kept the MLAs intact and along with the independents and SP BSP MLAs have also stepped up the work. Sahkarita Minister Arvind Bhadoria today said that 3 MLAs of Congress are in touch with him.

At the same time, the meeting of Urban Development Minister Bhupendra Singh with Patharia MLA Rambai yesterday and earlier meetings with other MLAs of Independent and SP-BSP are being linked to it. Also in contact with Congress MLAs are BJP leaders and ministers. The BJP organization is also keeping an eye on the MLAs who may come under some pressure. The BJP does not want to allow the situation like the one created by MLAs Narayan Tripathi and Sharad Cole during the Kamal Nath government.
