Emergency services were called to a private property on the corner of Darley Road and Thyme Court at around 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Police, paramedics and fire and rescue services in Queensland responded along with health and safety investigators and several Energex crews.

Police later confirmed that the incident had not been classified as suspicious and that occupational health and safety was now the lead investigative agency.
